The 6-Six Freedoms To Happiness

It is your birthright to be happy, and you can when you know the areas where you must clear out the clutter and/or blockages to implement a freedom pathway so that happiness can enter into your life in order to truly master them and enjoy life each day to the fullest.

With that, as I was asleep wee in the early morning today, my born-day by the way (yay me!!!), these 6-freedoms came to mind in which we must use as a daily mindfulness practice in order to truly live freely.

Besides, it's a fact that you'll be happy by simply being you.
